Apply for Service
Welcome to Escambia River Electric Cooperative, Inc. We are honored that
you are visiting our website. If you would like to establish a new
account with EREC there are a few ways you can do so.
- BY PHONE Make application for service over the phone by calling our Jay office at (850) 675-4521 or 1-800-235-3848.
- IN PERSON Visit one of our 2 offices and make application in person (Jay & Walnut Hill offices)
- ONLINE Print out the online application and fax or mail it to us (click here for printable version of membership application)
Disconnect Service
Disconnecting service can be done at any office location or over the
phone by calling (850) 675-4521 or 1-800-235-3848. If done over the
phone we will need to ask the member several questions to verify their
account. Upon verification, we will disconnect service at your desired
date. Lastly, we will need to have a forwarding address for the last
bill statements, deposit refunds and future capital credit refunds.
